Flexo Pre-press and premedia
Our pre-press infrastructure runs on an Esko workflow with two automation engine, 12 seats of Package, multiple license of Plato, Artios cad, Flexo fix, Flexo clean, Flex proof, Bitmap viewer and plate patch software. We boast of having one for the best file management systems in business, with more than 10 terabits of live data archived at three levels, backed by three sources of uninterrupted power supply which makes our data almost 100% redundant. It will take us hardly few seconds to retrieve any file from our huge data base. The firewall employed and the security features adopted in our system practically eliminates the chances of data being misused. Managing our IT infracturcture is entirely outsources making it more accountable. Our ERP system makes our facility a 100% paperless organisation and our customers can track job status online, right from the time the job is received by us till the plate is dispatched.
flexo plates
We were the first full HD certified trade shop on South East Asia. Our association with trade leaders like Esko Graphics, Dupont and Flint has helped us maintain high quality standards in the plates that we process. Our infrastructure consists of three Esko CDI with in-line UV and Full HD, Digiflow plate exposure, two in-line plate processors and finishing lines from Schwan. We have adopted quality checks at every stage of processing which can be tracked by our ERP system thereby reducing the chances of errors.
DRY-OFFSET PLATES
With special pre-press softwares from Esko and the latest processing line from Flint, we Process high quality plates for dry offset printing.
colour Management
We were the first trade shop in the country to introduce the closed loop colour management system for our customers way back in 2003. With more than a decade experience in colour management, we help our customers in standardising their process and making the prints more predictable, thereby reducing wastage and the press downtime.
CONSUMABLE
We deal in consumable like mounting tapes, anilox cleaning solutions, Carrier film for mounting plates for corrugated printing and splicing tapes.

We have the technical knowhow and the infrastructure to make male/female dies, for flatbed as well as rotary embossing.
